A well-known and established name within e-commerce, we have been working with them closely since 2017 to assist in driving sales for their online promotions and events.

Campaign

From the outset, we understood that refining their brand and tone of voice would make sure all future creative campaigns had La Redoute’s distinctive personality. Promotional campaigns take place regularly throughout the year and the creative evolves accordingly to seamlessly flow from one to the next. Through strong graphically-led messaging, campaign visuals are rolled out across their website, social media and shopping app for cross-channel consistency.

Inspirational Edit

Our work reflects La Redoute’s expertise for curated aesthetics. Showcasing the very best of their range, the printed communication we produce acts as an inspirational piece introducing trends, key products and new in lines, with the aim of encouraging the customer to explore the site and shop. Featuring a wide range of products, and with new items being added frequently to the site, our print pieces increase awareness of the full scope of products offered by La Redoute.

Email

Regular email campaigns are an essential tool that allow La Redoute to keep in touch with their customer base and promote their latest offers. Hub produces approximately 10 e-mails per week, creating Fashion and Home sends for the same day. We bring together their visuals, content and branding to highlight current trends, launch campaigns and funnel traffic to the site.

App Store Creative

La Redoute’s highly popular app store adds another dimension to their business, giving them the opportunity to reward regular customers with exclusive offers and discounts. In late 2021, we were tasked with creating a landing page to promote key features of the app, and alongside this create assets to feature on the app store with strong branding and clear calls to action.

Campaign Concept & Photography

Beautiful lifestyles through beautiful objects is the thread that ties all La Redoute concepts together. Our on-site photography studios allow us to supplement their imagery when necessary, bringing out the best qualities of their products and creating emotive imagery that speaks to their customer base. The additional photography provided by Hub has helped to highlight the full extent of their range and place emphasis on key products.

Interior Style Edit

The Interior Style Edit is a page where customers can easily browse the latest looks and find the ideal finishing touch to their space. Using La Redoute’s vibrant photography, our team developed the page to instantly guide customers to hand-picked products that would blend with their existing style or discover the newest trends. Rather than being overwhelmed with the full range of products, looks are now far more accessible and easy to create through specific style categories.
