A new professional services business, formerly known as Alt Legal were searching for an original rebrand that would help them re-announce themselves in the sector and stand out from the crowd, without losing professional credibility.
The directors came to Hub with an entrepreneurial mindset and a business concept to move legal, financial and business consultancy towards feeling more like a collaborative network for businesses of any size. The two rules for the new brand were; DON’T look like any other law or accountancy firms, and be memorable enough to be noticed by customers, contemporaries and potential employees.
The brand colours are vibrant and fresh reflecting the personalities of the business founders. The design concept for everything Alpaca is to ensure these strong colours, personality and typographic style run through even the most mundane of business documents.
Professional Thinking with Personality won the battle of the straplines and we think it really fits. In addition to this over-arching line we crafted copy for the literature and website to ensure a tone of voice that remained fairly informal, fun and full of alpaca puns.
A website is crucial to a company with ambitions to provide a new style of accessing legal, accountancy, HR and consultancy. Plus, with a name and business card like this the website better back up the claims of the entrepreneurs. Phase 1 delivers on the brand promise and gives further insight into services and people within Alpaca.
